When in a web forum I make a post I then do a "back" page to get back to the forum list. Always when I do this the page is as it was before I made my post. To see my post I must refresh the page by hitting F5.

Is there a way of working within Windows 7 that would automatically refresh any page I go to without me having to hit F5?

Many thanks. I'm using Firefox but with your answer I was able to find the Firefox fix.

However, I'm using tabbed browsing. So in a post list I then open a new tab to reply to a post. If I then open the original list tab it does not update until I do a refresh. Is there a way to update all tabs automatically if you are just moving to view each?
