Open your HOSTS file in Notepad (c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/HOSTS). It should have these two lines:
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost #[IPv6]
Any other lines should start with "#" which tells the system to ignore them since they are for your information only. If you have a line with "microsoft.com" in it, that may be your problem. You may have malware that did that. Have you scanned your system with a good malware program like Microsoft Security Essentials? Have you kept your system up to date via Windows Update?

its my companies desktop that is maybe crush or something..
but before i use that pc it was already reformatted
so maybe the setting is the problem and not by the virus ..

Did you say that it only affects Microsoft sites and all other websites work? There is no "setting" just to block Microsoft.com, however some malware block Microsoft sites to prevent Windows Update from working and to prevent you from downloading their free antivirus tools. So the important question is whether or not Microsoft sites are the only ones you cannot get to.

Also, what link are you using to get to the Microsoft site?

i need to update application through microsoft but its blocked..

i try to update .net framework 4 for windows xp..
but every time i try to support.microsoft its appears like "page cannot be found" in any browser.

i cant see it from network properties only the ipv4

I would make a copy of that hosts file (just in case) and then get rid of the last two lines in there:

66.98.148.65 auto.search.msn.com
66.98.148.65 auto.search.msn.es

That is, unless you put them there yourself. I cannot confirm those addresses are really good. So remove them, reboot, and retry getting to MS sites.

If it still doesn't work:

Copy and paste these lines in Notepad:

@Echo on
pushd\windows\system32\drivers\etc
attrib -h -s -r hosts
echo 127.0.0.1 localhost>HOSTS
attrib +r +h +s hosts
popd
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset all

Save as flush.bat to your desktop. Right click on the flush.bat file to run it as Administrator.

Your computer will reboot itself.

Retry after the restart.
