VRAM is your video memory. It shows up under the Display tab as Approx. Total Memory.

Edit: Actually, this is not entirely true. The above only shows how much total memory is available to your graphics card; this includes shared system memory. To obtain your actual VRAM, you need to do the following.
1. Right-click on the Desktop and click Personalize.
2. Click Display in the bottom left corner of the Window.
3. Click the Change display settings on the left column.
4. Click the Advanced settings link to view the total available memory to the graphics card as well as the dedicated memory. The dedicated memory is how much memory your video card has, the true value of VRAM.

You have 64 MB of VRAM on your graphics card. It shares 1632 MB with your separate memory plugged into the motherboard. The error you got earlier is due to the 64 MB being lower than the required 128 MB needed by the software you are trying to run, so the software may not perform as it would for someone with a higher end graphics card, and there may be instability with the software as a result (it may crash, or be slow, or stop working for some time before starting again [it may hang]).

Edit: The only way to know if your computer can run the game is to try it. It may run just fine, or you may find the experience too sluggish (the image moves in a choppy manner, or it stops at times before starting), or it may crash to the desktop when it runs and the game stops working altogether. The best way to find out if it works is to play and see whether you like the experience or not.

Does it crash before you start the game or after you start playing an actual soccer game? You may be able to change the graphics settings from within the game to the lowest settings if you are able to start playing a game before it crashes.

Sorry, but I do not think you will find a solution. Your hardware does not meet the minimum requirements for the game. :(
