why my outlook word got blink?

Hi roxzai, welcome to Windows Seven Forums.
This could be caused by software conflicts. Refer to this MS website to perform a clean boot in Windows. It can also be caused by your Anti Virus program as well.
If performing the Clean Boot fixes the problem, then re activate one item at a time & if the problem reappears you will know that is the culprit.
