why my w7 doesn't want to update windows live mail?

i have a legit w7 32bit and i installed windows live mail 2011

i have Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3502.0922)

there is a new version (15.4.3508) , can't understand why w7 doesn't want to update it

what's wrong ?

You will have to download and install the new build instead for this one to upgrade the older version.
