why when i plug my cf reader w7 doens't pop up anymore the Autoplay?

Hi

in the past days when i plugged a cf/sd reader , w7 did pop up with program or a choice a program

now i have in my settings autoplay

use autoplay for every supports and devices Enabled

and under image i selected the program or ask me everytime

but nothing
whe i plug my cf full of photos ,i can't have a program running or a pop up

what's wong?

i tried but again nothing

i did scan the registry and the only DisableAutoplay dword:00000000
i got here

i solved deleting NoDriveTypeAutoRun

reboot and after set to 145

but is there a way to disable autoplay for external hard disk ?
