why window 7 install a new application so slow ?

i m using window 7 now , and i need to install a application , when i install at another pc (window xp) it will finish run about 3 minutes , but i install at the window 7 , it need take very long time(about 10 more minutes) to process it ? who know where is the problem ? i try close all antivirus and the window defender to test it , the result are still same longer ~ who know please give a teach , thanks ~

2 gb ram , 320 harddisk , window xp sp2 ,
the thing i want install is the i make by myself de ~
all thing is copy oni ~

So you made a program yourself and you are trying to install it?

tat exe file is made by myself , but dunno why will take so long time to process it ~
if have problem , sure the exe file will take longer in window xp environment , but it not ... tat exe just only for copy the file and folder only , dun have any program include it . who know what is reason ?
