wi-fi 2,5/5GHz

Hi all,
how I switch wi-fi 2,5 GHz to 5 GHz? My wi-fi is working, but I can't switch. What drivers do I need? I have win7 build 7100 x86, intel WiFi Link 4965AGN.

The speed will be the same ( its a 802.11n) should be quick but here is the users guide in case
