Go to the manufacturers website and download all the drivers for all the hardware in your system.
This should be done before you Format the drive and re-install the OS and placed on a CD. DVD or USB thumb. Hopefully you have a Wired connection to your internet router/connection. Otherwise you will need to use another PC to do the downloading then copy that software to a USB thumb and move it over to the notebook.
