I have a MSI GE620 laptop with Win7 Enterprise x64 English and every time it boots or wakes from hibernate the wi-fi adapter is disabled, I have to press a fn+F8 key, which enables/disables wi-fi. I went to my wi-fi adapter properties and unchecked "Allow turning off this device to save power", but it's still the same. Strangely, it never happens during sleep (standby mode), just during boot or hibernation. Wi-fi adapter is Atheros AR9285, and I have no other network devices enabled. It didn't happen before either.
