Wi-Fi is missing

I sent my laptop to Staples to repair a sticky letter and they wiped out everything and reloaded windows. Now when I click on th wi-fi icon on the bottom right, it does not show wi-fi in the area but directs me to"Open net work and sharing center" that is a dead end as I cannot connect to any wi-fi. Could there be a missing driver? How do I get ability to install my own wi-fi?

Plug the laptop into your router/modem with an ethernet cable, connect to the internet and run all rounds of windows update.

After running all rounds of windows update, post a shot of device manager and we will check for any more issues.

I updated several noncritical updates but I cannot copy and paste the device manager. I tries screen saver but it does not work. File to large
