Widcomm AdminUtil.exe keeps prompting UAC

Anyone else have this issue with the latest Widcomm Bluetooth drivers that it keeps randomly popping a UAC prompt for AdminUtil.exe? Seems like it pops up whenever I plug some device in.

The Bluetooth is an Asus USB-BT21, and the only driver that they provide is in Beta...

Tried downgrading to the version on my old computer, didn't do the trick. still doing it when I change any device on my machine...
