widows update errors can't download them

Hello I'm having a problem with windows updates. I had a problem with unexpected closing of windows and gave up so I did a complete recovery. I had over a hundred updates to install. It did just about all of them except six including internet explorer. I keep getting the following codes 800B0100 8024200D 9C59 I went to Microsoft's web site for help. I found two so called fix's that didn't help. I did more researching and ended up with the following also, Cryptographic Service Components are not registered and Windows update error 0x8007000D(2014-08-10--T-04_36_28p I have no idea what to do to fix these.

I tried to download and install explorer but it failed every time I tried.
So I'm hoping some one on here can help me with these problems. It would be appreciated very much.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)
