 i need help! anyone with any suggestions please! : a couple days ago i noticed that in any flash "app" keys act like they are still presses down randomly whenever they feel like it, they take turns pissing me off :sa:. my first thought was the keyboard was screwed up and tried a different one (USB to PS2 fyi). same problem, no matter which one i used. tried switching from FF to IE. nope. then i noticed it was doing the same thing in regular PC games as well. my desktop has W7 only and my laptop has W7/Vista HP dual booting. i tried using the same flash apps on my laptop in W7 and they worked fine... until... i plugged in that same USB keyboard to it that i first noticed problems on my desktop with. it had the same exact problem. now, im really confused :confused::confused:. here i am trying to narrow down the problem and it does this: after unplugging the USB keyboard from the laptop, it still has the problem, even after restarts and uninstalling the driver for the keyboard . its like a virus that spreads off the keyboard . so, i boot into vista and try it without hooking up the keyboard first and, as expected, its fine. i plug in the keyboard and it is still fine. perhaps a problem with W7? keyboard incompatible? idk anymore...

EDIT:  i fixed it! dont ask me why or how this even happened but on a hunch i closed this text program i have running (texter by lifehacker) it magically worked. also, it worked on vista and not W7 cause texter was never installed on there. :) sorry for the long and now pointless post! slim chance that anyone else will have the same problem i guess

lol, i feel like i'm talkin to myself and going nuts
