wierd problem booting

Hey guys i have a little problem. It all started when i was trying to get my windows 7 genuine again I tried using 7loader 1.7.2 like when I first installed 7. Now all my computer does it turn on and goes straight to this screen that says test memory and test system when I try to press f12 or f2 it will take me to this screen that does nothing to help. I dont have any recovery disk because it was on the hard drive. What should I do?

We are only able to support legit MS software. Obviously 7loader from Orbit30 is not. If you can boot from the dvd you stand a chance.
