Solved Wierd sound from the pc

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this!

Any help will be appreciated!

My problem:

I don't know if this is connected with Windows 7 generally, but, everytime I have my pc running, every 15 to 30 minutes a strange sound is heard on my desktop.It's something like a low quality horror-style chime sound like in a movie or something . At first, I thought it was coming from Steam, but, then I realised that it wasn't Steam cause it also happened when Steam was closed.It's really annoying.Can you tell me whether it is actually a program or some kind of virus?

Try a clean boot following instructions in

Hopefully you will find the program causing the weird sound...
