wifi bluetooth not working

hello,
i put my laptop on sleep mode for 5mins, before that everything is working fine after when i turned my laptop my wifi netwrok is disabled it is not showing any of the available connections and even bluetooth is also not working.
Every time i turned my laptop on i get an error message EsocketException in wshelper.exe.
When i opened utorrent is shows an error message wsaStartup failed or incorrect version of winsock installed.
