wifi connecting acting weird since 2 months ago,need help

Both of my laptops started acting strange when turning on.
Before I could instantly open browser because it autoconects instantly when I turh the laptop ON.
But now it doesn't happen,I wait like 1-2 minutes before it autoconects to my wifi network,I get that blue circle over wifi icon in status bar.
How can I resolve this issue?

If you get next to the router and turn on is it the same?

1 m from the router or 0.5 m is the same on both laptops.

Make and model of the router if you change the channel does that improve it
