wifi will not enable after loading last known good configuration

hi, i'm using an HP Pavilion g4-1215TX laptop, after loading last known good configuration, my wifi will not enable anymore, even the wifi icon is missing from the taskbar... please help me with this problem, thanks

Why did you try "last known good configuration" anyway?

Any exclamation or question marks in "device manager"? And is your wireless adapter listed there under "network adapters"?

wifi icon is totally missing in taskbar?
