on the website it says that is supports dual channel ram and upto 32gb of it, will it work with a motherboard with 4 ram slots

Most motherboards have 4 slots. You can use 1, 2, 3, or 4. Use 2 or 4 if you want to have "dual-channel".

I think you have to use Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate to utilize more than 16 GB.

All fans PWM; speeds at idle: CPU circa 500 rpm; intake circa 600 rpm; exhaust circa 600 rpm; CPU temps 27 idle and 47 C load in a warm room (27 C/81 F) when running Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test.
thx once gain- once i do get to build(economy is getting better in my home right now) i will be using ultimate x64 so no worrys about that
