The place where most people run into trouble is with a video card that is too long for their case. Your case is 17.50" x 7.50" x 16.30" and your video card is only 10" long. You may have the card blocking one or two of the HD bays, but Rosewill says there are four internal bays available. There will still be two or three you can use, plus one of the free 5.25" external bays with an adapter if you go HD crazy down the road.

What you have ought to be fine. :)
