Will an upgrade key work with windows 7 RTM?

Hi, there are multiple Win7 upgrade deals out there, but i was wondering instead of installing vista first would you be able to just install the RTM and put the key in there and all will be good?

Also, has OEM pricing been released at all yet?

If it's like Vista, an installed version won't accept an upgrade key. (If it did, that would make an upgrade license essentially equal to a full license.)

I haven't seen any OEM pricing.

no an upgrade key wont work.
yes the oem prices are out.
