It's a DX10 card and will work fine in Windows 7 regardless. It just won't support the all extra bells and whistles DX11 is suppose to provide. If you wish to take advantage of all the features DX11 provides you'll need to buy a new graphics card. DX11 cards from ATI are expected in October and later from Nvidia.

Ahhh, I first took a look at Neweggs and saw only DX 10 listed for these cards and at Nvidia's site ....
