Will not boot up

Turn my labtop and get this

For atheros pcie Ethernet controller v2.0.1.9(12/15/09)

Check cable connection!
Pxe-mof: exiting intel pxe rom.
No bootable device-- insert boot disk and press any key

Don't know if I need a windows7 boot up disc. I tryed useing a repair disc I made of my friends windows7 labtop to fix but it didn't work.

Looks like the bootmgr is messed up. Might have to re-install windows.
