Will not boot

I performed a reinstall about 8 days ago all was working well until 4 days ago during Waterfox. The screen froze and nothing would work. I waited a while and then performed a cold re start. The system would start-up until the boot sequence and all that happened was a flashing cursor up to the left. I tried several disks from Gparted, etc. and no fix. The following morning the went through the disks and although they apparently failed suddenly it booted and worked fine until yesterday when the same happened during Chrome Canary (64). The only way I can boot up is using Hiren's disk. I went to site and tried everything to rebuild the MBR and boot-No luck.

Start over and this time stick the the steps, tools and methods in Clean Reinstall Windows 7
which have been used by over a million consumers without a single complaint or return with problems.
