Will Outlook Express do this, or what?

We are looking for a program, that my wife and I can keep track of things to do,task, events on certain dates, priority list etc.

Doesnt have to,but even being able to sync with our android phones and tablets.

So I guess what we are looking for is a program that allows us to sync data with eachother. Like one can add to the list and the other will see it too, as well modify it etc.
