Most likely OP means "work inside each other".

Processor says "Socket AM2+ interface"

and on motherboard page it says "Only socket AM2+ processors are supported with this motherboard."

Same socket. Should fit

Yup. The last entry of the supported CPU list says "AMD Athlon X2 (B) (AM2+)". It will work fine.
