Will Windows 8 Pro be installed and run on my PC?

I would like to try Win 8 on my new PC by upgrading Win 7 to 8. I have given my system's specs on your forums. So, my question is that will my PC able to install and run Windows 8 successfully without any problems?

Run the Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant - Download and Run which will tell you if it's a good match for your hardware and if so even sell you the download and install it.

Windows 8 x64 has incompatibility with older 64 bit Intel/AMD processors, & some Video/Graphic Cards.
You may find, you can olny install Windows 8 x32.
