Win 7 2.75 gb ram 4gb installed

Hello

I upgraded to 4 gig ram windows 7 is only showing 2.75 available
It has allocated 15618 mb Hardware reserved ?? 587 mb free ?

Im using a foxconn p9675aa board bios shows over 4gig available so not a mememory issue.

I know 32 bit can handle 4 gig it is supported by microsoft , anyone have any idea whats going on ?
Using nvida 7200gs 128mb

Is there any max memory limits in the bios settings ?

32-bit systems will only be able to use 3.0-3.5GB MAX
The rest will be allocated to your graphics card.
Try to enable memory remap feature if it is listed in your BIOS

or use 64-bit Windows7

As an example. My system shows a TOTAL of 4GB installed but only 3.50 usable. Once booted at idle it shows approximately 2.65~ GB available system memory (accord to System info).
