WIN 7 32bit, update not launching

i have installed new geniune WINDOWS 7 32bit SP1 , downloaded from MSDN. it is activated

but it is not updating at all, when i try to launch automatic update by pressing check for update button, it instantaneously bounce back the message that your window is already up to date.

ANY SUGGESTIONS ????

Have you checked your update history to see if there are any updates installed?

Also, when you are at the dialog box to check for updates, you should see a link for Installed Updates in the lower left corner. If you click on that what do you see?

windows is fresh installed, checked, no update history and no updates installed right now

Try running the System Update Readiness Tool and see if you can then install updates. Make sure you select the correct version (32-bit or 64-bit).
