win 7 64bit update error code 80072f8f

Hi how do i resolve win7 update error code 80072f8f.
Have looked at windows help forum but not much help so far none of the fix it has
fixed this problem.
Can anybody help me

Please follow Windows Update Posting Instructions

We need to see the logs, at a minimum, the CheckSUR.log

Also please be aware of the limitations of file type & size.

For a start check & see that your system date & time are correct.

This is one of many possible causes of your error code.

If time & date are correct try running attached
