Win 7 and iTunes 9.2

For some reason, I cannot get iTunes 9.2 to install on my Win 7/64 bit machine. I've d/l iTunes 9.2 twice and still get the same errors, which kill the install.

All goes well until this msg pops up:

Retry fails as above. Abort is self explanatory. Ignore lets the installation continue until the next error msg pops up:

Retry fails as above. Cancel rolls back the entire update.

I execute the installation as administrator.

I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

Thanks for that link.

Manually uninstalling the old version of iTunes, QuickTime, and 4 other associated Apple products seems to have done the trick. After running CCleaner and CleanUP and rebooting, the new version of iTunes installed just fine. I had to reset some custom settings (location of the media files), but otherwise it looks good.
