My HP TouchSmart 300 (December 09) PC, OE Win 7 Premium is set to "Spanish" as I purchased this PC in Mexico where I presently reside on a temporary basis for the winter. I do not speak Spanish.

I want to use the "Anytime Upgrade" to upgrade from Win 7 Premium to Win 7 Ultimate. Win7 Ultimate has 'English' language amongst it's multiple language possibilities.

Is there any reason why I should not be able to install the upgrade English language Win7 Ultimate over the HP OE Spanish language Win7 Premium?

Your advice and experience will be appreciated...!

One of the key features that MS advertised in ulimate was the choice of over 57 languages (or something). So, if you suddenly learn to speak spanish, you can switch back :D So no, there is no probelm in upgrading.
