Win 7 Blue Screen Dump System Config error

Hi there, need some help ive been struggling with this problem for a while now windows does not boot every time i start the Pc it crashes and directs me to start up repair nothing helps and i dont wanna do a full restore and lose my files, see below the error message and attachement soem help would be grealt appreciated thanks.
