Hi all,

I got a new system recently and its been crashing with BSOD ever since.

My OS is Windows 7 - x84

I went around some forums and i suspect that it is a RAM problem.

I have attached the zip file to this post. Please help.

Hi and Welcome to SF!

First question that I want to ask, are you overclocking anything? If so please reset to default setting please (in BIOS).

I suspect the graphic card because both directX and the graphic card driver was blamed. When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy. Also, it would be best if you can try different video adapter on your system (perhaps borrow from some one or stores).

Update directX as well:
Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.
