Hi friend and welcome to SF!!!

Stop code A is very difficult to analyze because it's so broad. Let's work on some generic thing first

First of all, I can see you have some out of date drivers that might cumulative to those BSODs
Code:
 972d4000 972db380 btcusb btcusb.sys Wed May 09 01:01:18 2007 (464163AE)
8b62c000 8b633000 BTHidMgr BTHidMgr.sys Mon Mar 05 06:17:09 2007 (45EC0A45)
96a27000 96a29c80 btnetdrv btnetdrv.sys Mon Mar 05 06:18:00 2007 (45EC0A78)

Those are probably your bluetooth drivers. Please update your bluetooth driver as soon as possible

Code:
8b581000 8b584680 vbtenum vbtenum.sys Mon Mar 05 06:16:57 2007 (45EC0A39)
96a2a000 96a30b80 VComm VComm.sys Mon Mar 05 06:17:23 2007 (45EC0A53)
90920000 90929200 VcommMgr VcommMgr.sys Mon Mar 05 06:17:39 2007 (45EC0A63)

Those are
Bluetooth Virtual COM Driver - VCOMM - IVT Corporatio. At this point I'm not so clear why there are 2 kind of bluetooth driver present in your computer. Might be I'm wrong but I hope we not elimiate the case of confliction. Anyway, update it or remove it, it's old.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Let us know if you need help

Tuan

Thank you ttran I did what you said, But have trouble upgrading my bluetooth drivers, It keeps telling me they are already up to date.

I also had my PC processor over clocked, I just set it back to the default, I hope I do not get another blue screen.

Ttrans advice is spot on. I suggest you follow it regarding SPTD.sys and those old 2007 drivers.

Uninstall ZoneAlarm if you have it.

**EDIT** Good job. I found sptd.sys, but couldn't recall what it was associated with.
