Hi, I am having a problem with hard freezes when I am playing games. After some time playing a game the computer will freeze up with the only solution being a hard restart.
The Event log says it is an event 1001. Bugcheck was 0x00000333. I can't find anything about this number.
The debugger seems to say it's the video driver. I've included a dump from after a crash with the latest official driver release and after the latest beta driver release.
Can someone help? I don't know what other information might be needed.
Thanks,
Kevin...

Hi and welcome

Your crashes come from two distinct causes. First your video driver and second a corrupt driver.

I would

Download a fresh copy of the video driver and

run a system file check
Type cmd in search>right click and run as admiin>sfc /scannow

Let us know the results

If you are overclockking stop
If you have a raid update the driver

Good luck

Ken

I have an outstanding support request with nVidia about the STOP 0x333 error.
In most cases that I've seen (this is the 3rd) the evidence is pretty clear that it's an nVidia driver that's blamed.

Would it be possible for you to switch your system to "complete memory dump" and gather another memory dump of the STOP 0x333 variety? I've got an expert who'd like to see (and work on) the dumps.

Haven't seen any results of "fixes" pertaining to this driver issue, so I'll leave it be for now.

Other one is here (Feb 4): BSOD - help analyzing minidump files - Tech Support Forum
And there's one here (I can't read the language)(Jan 31): ecral azul windows 7

Hey, thanks for the help from both of you guys so far.
As requested, I have a zip of the full bugcheck 333 dump. But the file is still 78MB...what should I do with it so you or your friend can look at it?
