Hello, welcome to SF!

The dump blames your ATI graphics drivers, but they appear to be up-to-date. I only see evidence of one BSOD, though; have there been more than that? I see you reinstalled Windows today, was it because of BSODs?

If so, I have to suspect a hardware problem. It's hard to determine what part is failing, from one dump, but the info I have points to a bad graphics card. Do you have another one you can use? Perhaps you can borrow one from a friend.

Testing the RAM is a good idea too. See this guide: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
