Win 7 64-bit desktop
OEM OS
Machine age = approx 2 years.
OS has not been reinstalled since purchase.

My computer restarts while waking up from sleep. Can't remember when it started, I reckon about 5-6 months ago, maybe more.

Thanks in advance! Really appreciate your help.

Only one recent memory dump. The reports are missing a lot of information.
Please run them again and let them finish before closing them out. More instructions here: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Looks like your wireless drivers. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the wireless drivers from the PC Manufacturer's website
- uninstall the current wireless drivers
- install the fresh copy of the wireless drivers and monitor for further BSOD's

If this is a wireless USB device, you can expect BSOD's when using older drivers.
Here's my rant about wireless USB devices:
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

If this doesn't solve the issues, please run Driver Verifier according to these directions: Driver Verifier Settings

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
