Hello guys!
1st: excuse my bad english.
My situation:
First I splitted my 320GB HDD into 3 partitions. One 4 data, one 4 Win7 and one 4 XP. So I started with installing XP on the bigger Partition and then Win 7 on the smaller one. Today I really love Win 7 and wanted do delete XP and his partition to add the space to the Win 7 partition.
But I forgot, that the boot files were on the XP-Partition. I couldnt format it in Win7 because it was a system partition so i deleted the files in the explorer & now I can't boot my OS. When my desktop-pc boots a message becomes reality: NTLDR is missing.
With the Win 7 DVD I deleted XP-Partition (in the INSTALL-Menu) & tried to repair the system with the startup-repair tool (there's a thread in this forum, i know). Although it displayed success, win 7 still doesnt boot and NTLDR is still missing.
Don't want to reinstall my Windows.
Can someone help me?
