I am trying to block a program from accessing the internet. It's called GetDataBack. I do this by going to the list of allowed programs. I add GetDataBack to the list, but when I try to uncheck "public", it doesn't let me. With any other program I can. Why is this?

But why is this a problem in the first place? Has the program blocked me being able to uncheck that?

EDIT: I just installed that and I don't like having to list every program that I want to access the internet.

I was in the allow programs to communicate list, not the advanced settings. I went into the advanced settings and put a block on all inbound and outbound connections, but this seems to add entries to the allow list. Little confused here...
