Win 7 Gamer i7 all fans tested, but no power from either CPU Header

So, that's pretty much it in a nutshell. The CPU Fan works on a system fan header, but no fans work when connected to either of the CPU fan headers. Graphics card fans spin fine, machine lights up, but no video. I have not swapped out the PSU, because I did not think that would affect both CPU fan headers.

If you have any questions, fire away, I am not sure what else to say, this is pretty baffling.

Sounds like you've lost the motherboard. Will it boot at all? (Assuming that you have your CPU fan plugged into a header that works.)

Check in BIOS that you have not turned off CPU fan header.

Your system spec is too vague for real help.

I can't get the machine to boot. No video at all. What specs would help you understand this better? The CPU fan when plugged into a system fan header will spin, but still no video. I've changed Ram, and the PSU, and still no luck. I also replaced the Graphics card, still nothing.

Manufacturer's model numbers of your motherboard, graphics card, power supply.

Look at my specs for an example of what we need to see. Fill it out as completely as you can. We can give better help when we know what we are dealing with.
