Hi,
My name is Chuck. I'm trying to get my win 7-sP1 installation fixed. I'm on a Gateway FX6860 with i7 processor 1st gen (I guess0 8GB ram.a 256GB Samsung SSD and tons of Hard drive space on several partitions. My system was working, but no longer. when I boot to the SSD it comes up and appears to be ok, but the timeout cursor shows and nothing I click seems to work. I has worked in safe mode. I'm guessing there's a bad driver , but I'm not surehow to best go about identifying the culprit. I have a bootlog taken from my last attempted boot. (I'm dual boot with another win -- truing to get ready for win 10)
anyone give me some pointers on how to proceed???
Thanks,
chuck
