Win 7 high ping,any fix for this yet!!!!!
Hello all, new to the forum,looks to be very helpful.Ive got the same problem as many others have,searched through some post on here with no luck.Its the high ping and win 7 fiasco,,,lol.No really is their a fix or is this still on going.
My down loads and uploads are fine but in online games i get super high ping,where with my intel based laptop(which i dont have anymore)my ping were quite a bit lower with windows vista HP
Anyway look forward to some low ping times in the future....

What's your "high" ping numbers? Mine floats around 50-80ms, in line with What XP used to have... Btw, have you updated your NIC drivers?

With my laptop they were around 90-116,now with same games they are 150-270.
Yes all n-force drivers are up to date.

It really depends on the servers (especially games), the routers, the NIC cards.... there are lots of things.
