Win 7 install fails after files decompression

So I tried to install Win 7 on a SSD (two different working SSD's actually, to see if one wasnt corrupted). Install recognize the disks, but after the files successfully decompress, install fails. I formatted the disks in every way before install, and also tried AHCI, IDE and RAID. None of these worked.
I run Win 7 from purchased DVD.
Any idea or suggestion would help me alot
