Win 7 installation error: installation must be on a local driver

Hello, I am experiencing a installation error with my Win 7.
The error: installation must be on a local driver.

I did a SFC scan, and now attached log file for your reference.

There's nothing attached.

Where did you get Win7? How is it burned to disk?

Are you booting the installer to Clean Install Windows 7?

During installation process at Steps 7 and 8, use the Drive Options to delete all partitions and create new as you wish, format and click Next to install to first partition. Ignore the small boot partition it creates.
