Win 7 keeps losing the Wacom driver

Since the update 2 days ago my Windows "forgets" the Wacom driver I need for my tablet. I have to re-install the driver at every startup. Then it works as usual, even my customized settings for the tablet buttons are there. But when I don't re-install the driver it just doesn't work.

Anybody else with this problem?
