Any help is appreciated ...

First code window is DIAG report after renaming the 'tokens' file and running the activation wizard. The resulting product key activation was NOT successful. The second code window is the DIAG report from the original 'tokens' file.
I have followed the instructions provided in other posts. So far nothing has worked.
