Win 7 Pro 64 bit Dual Boot with two SSDs

I went hastily into this project and built the system using 2 SSD 1TB drives and a 3TB standard HD for storage. The intent is to have the two bootable drives both with Win 7 Pro 64 but configured for two different telescope imaging systems sharing a single mount. Both imaging systems have very different hardware settings in their needed programs hence the dual boot theory. After the first had the OS and programs installed I cloned to the other SSD.

What happened was I didn't pay attention to the drive setup and they are both set to GPT instead of MBR and the motherboard uses UEFI. So I downloaded EasyBCD and iReboot just like I did with a similar system back in 2011 thinking I'd replicate the process on the replacement system. Up until I ran into this which became apparent when I started EasyBCD. So now I'm looking for a way to not have to reload Windows 7 and all the astronomy programs from scratch and start all over.

Any thoughts on this would be very welcomed. Maybe there are other programs I could use or I'm plain out of luck. The motherboard I'm using is a Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming7.

Thanks,

Steve

Sorry, but I didn't understand what is the problem and what you want to achieve.

If you want to choose witch disk to boot from, press F12 after the boot beep.

First of all, on a Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming7 you're able to install Win 7 64 as Legacy - MBR or UEFI = GPT.
The two are different the way it boots.
Legacy boots disks and UEFI boots Boot loaders on a UEFI FAT 32 partition.
Please open disk Manager, expand the columns and with the Sniping tool take a snapshot and post it here as an attachment.
Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image

Easy BCD doesn't work on UEFI. You have to use Easy UEFI.
As you have a disk bigger than 2.2T you should use UEFI - GPT

As soon you post the Disk Manager and explain the problem, we will be able to help you.
