I would have to agree...If a ballot is applied to the image for the E version than it is different only in IE inclusion, browser sources, and the ballot screen.Something sure as hill doesn't jive in my simple mind:
1. If EU gets a ballot screen, then its not the same as the "rest of the world", ATPIT, AFAIK.
2. If the "rest of the world" has IE, then they must also be getting a ballot screen.
Either they are all the same, or they are not...
(Unless it's Microsoft "Doublespeak" again.)![]()
